Go see a dermatologist immediately. A good doctor will help you get your acne under control.
My acne was so bad, I had to be put on the strongest medication available. It worked.
Bad acne won't hurt your chances with girls. Its such a common thing in high school that others look past it.

What worked for me was washing my face ONCE every 12 hours. As in 7am and 7pm, NOT 7am and 11pm. Not really sure why, but every 12 hours instead of before bed and after waking up helped me immensely.

Do you have oily skin? If so take a makeup remover pad and run it over your face when you feel its oily.

Green tea, flax seed and avoid oily, fatty foods. Also avoid sugar, as sugar feeds bacteria, which is what causes acne.

I had really bad acne at 14. I have one or two tiny scars, not really noticeable to others but I notice it constantly. Looking back on things I would be much more careful... try not to pop zits, especially if they are really deep. I would see a dermatalogist, I did at about 16 and it helped a lot. They can prescribe you stuff that you can't buy over the counter, with a really high salicylic acid percentage. I used something called tretinoin until I was about 22, at first it was in gel form and it used to literally make my skin peel. The cream form is a little better... either way, a dermatologist can fix you up.

Everyone has their own opinions, but I don't think acne is a big deal. Having acne is better than having an awful personality.
See a dermatologist or your regular doctor. Drink a LOT of water (like 64 ounces over the course of the day). And try not to pick pimples so they don't scar. Also don't fry your face with very intense treatments; start with gentler products and work your way up.

I understand you want to deal with your self-image and its impact on social relationships, but this isn't really seddit material. I would suggest you:
Consult a dermatologist.
Consult the reddit acne discussion group.
There is a subreddit for almost every topic, and usually they have a pretty good collection of people with relevant knowledge and experience.

I had terrible acne in high school and early college, saw a dermatologist, went on accutane for 6 months and have been 100% acne free since. The side effects are a bitch, very dry skin being my biggest issue but overall I would highly recommend it.
