Hello everyone, I'm particularly looking for resources (books, courses that I can torrent, tv shows/movies for inspiration) to become a well-rounded social and charismatic person. I'm socially anxious and while I've managed to overcome it quite a lot (Got laid for the first time last year at the ripe age of 35!), I still need to improve my conversation, small talk, flirting, humor, and banter skills.

My current shortcomings are awkward humor (it lands sometimes but the delivery is usually awkward), nervous presence even among familiar people, suboptimal small talk skills, and unconfident body language.

I want to basically make a 180-degree switch from becoming a meeky guy to moderately confident, quiet power, easy going charisma of Hank Moody/Charlie Sheen (without their toxic tendencies of course).

I'm not particularly looking for day game, cold approaches and such considering I would get my ass handed to me in my country's ultra-conservative society. But I'm open to knowing what things can help me reach my goals. Scouring on this sub helped me understand that RSD can be a definitive resource, but there are so many courses and such little time considering life responsibilities. So, I would need your help to differentiate signal from noise.

Looking forward to your suggestions. Thank you!
