At 19 you want to focus a lot on social circle game.

Befriend "connectors". The girls that seems to know everyone, know where all the parties are, etc. You want these girls to be your best friend.
Whenever you hook up with a chick, be discreet as possible. Don't be that guy that hits on the new chick every time.

I just feel at 19 you should just work on your social circle as that can pay off dividends for the rest of your life. Bro you got the rest of your life to hit up the bar scene when you're 21.

I'm 20 now, and for two years (in the US) I've been to nearly every local bar now and can often drink. It's a matter of branching out. Granted you may only be able to get into that one or two at first, but meet some bigger name guys around the bar scene and you can eventually bluff yourself into the nicer places. Find those guys who know EVERYONE and at least be acquaintances.

I am right there with you, though i agree with DrNgo about social circle stuff. Go to events that are in your area, such as concerts, car shows, conventions, anything and everything make friends with people and start building up that circle. Once you have people hooked invite everyone for a BBQ or something similar to get everyone together. I am probably in the exact place you are. Just go out have some fun with it.

I highly recommend the RSD blueprint. You can find it. It's a compendium of knowledge at any age. Keep in mind that the person delivering it may have some hang ups, like a ot of them. It's still good info.
