Invite her to a fun thing. If she actually likes you she will make it easy to meet and go further. If she declines because of schedule on initial invite and doesn't tell you when she's available she's not rly into you

Use texting as a tool to get a date. No deep questions or platonic small talk. No "how's your day" or "hi". You have to continue to be interesting, don't bore her. Don't be afraid to call her if she is online and stationary, your voice is sexy to her. Flirt, be a man seeking a woman. Tease, make her feel something with every message. Tell her about your life and how much fun you are having, pictures talk without words. After 2-3 positive messages, ask for a date. Discuss details, one at a time. Secure a time slot first, then activity, and finally, location. Reserve 4 hours in a public place near your house where you can be up on your feet and lead her around. Make it seem like it was her idea to go there. Respect her time, she probably works 50-60 hours a week and will let loose if she is well rested and shown a great time. Greet with a hug and exclate physically. Don't be afraid to invite her over if things are going well, she will move fast if she likes you, her free time is limited.

30-40 minutes of initial in-person convo is great! I would just ask her out. Anywhere you go alone for fun, I would invite her to meet you there. I don't know what you talked about, but going somewhere related to your shared interests would be a good idea too.

But, text her a definite date plan and make it clear you're putting the date on your calendar and you look forward to seeing her. You don't need to keep texting her after making the date. A lot of us text ourselves out of a date, because we come across needy and we appear we don't have anything going on in our lives. Save the convo for the date and you also appear busy and focused on your life and goals.
