No ioi, approach or not?

Always approach. Even if the odds are against you, it's still good practice. I can't count the number of times when I have done an approach that bombed and then 5 minutes later saw another amazing girl and approached her. That second approach always goes great because I am already warmed up and feeling confident. So always approach.

Most of the time you won't be getting any IOI's before an approach man. You just suck it up and go say hi

Just approach. Sometimes just looking at you is an IOI. She can see you peripherally. She just looked more directly because she wanted to get a better look.

You can't rely on IOI's, and if it's a debatable one then it probably in fact is one. So no matter what you should approach.
