I think you are scared. You are making up reasons to not approach and telling yourself "I'm not scared." That usually a good indicator of someone who is scared. It's not a bad thing but you have to recognize it and move past it. Why do you think you aren't approaching them?

i think you're being lazy and you think once you approach there so much more work you'll have to put in. but trust me it becomes so much fun that all that work that seems like a burden to you right now will seem easy. take it step by step, approach, talk to the girl and then the rest will follow.

On the other hand you would get more help if you wrote more about your reasons not to apporach.
