Most of the time, it's difficult to convince a person whose already made up their mind. This is especially true when you don't know the person because you can't use any social leverage at all to help you. This can be applied to pick up as well. If you're out meeting new girls, you most likely won't be able to persuade them to meet up with you or date you if they've already made up their minds before the interaction began. What this means is that some girls aren't even thinking about dating at that point in their life or maybe it's not as important to them. Or maybe you simply aren't the girl's type so she feels no attraction for you. This sort of thing happens all the time. It's hard to bring a girl around and have her date you when initially she's not showing attraction or interest. That's why you should be removing the focus on trying to do that. Generating attraction from a girl is a case by case basis, not every girl likes the same thing. It's not the same with men where a slim girl with big tits and a round ass is universally attractive to all straight men. Doesn't work like that for girls. Some girls like muscles, some like facial features, some like height moreover than any of the above.

Knowing this information, it's pointless to try to increase your level of attractiveness in a pin point type of way because there isn't an efficient way to do it across all types of girls. That's why worrying about what you have to do or what you have to say to get her attracted is a waste of time. Every girl is different, nothing is universal and consistent. There are some exceptions, like most asian girls may prefer to date just Asians because they share the same race, but the general rule still stands though and is more so even true if you're in America.

What I recommend you do is maximize your looks, meaning good hygiene, nice hair cut, stylish clothes. After that just let the dice roll, some girls will be attracted, maybe a majority won't be. If they aren't just leave it be

Are you showing sexual intent? what you say doesn't matter necessarily, it is the way you say it. if you give the girl an ambiguous statement with a cocky or sexual undertone it is often more powerful than just talking to them. Make them aware through your actions that you are flirting with them, rather than just talking to them as a friend would.
