Rejection is the most common obstacle us men face when approaching women and if we let it affect our emotions, we will not get results.

Here are some ways to manage rejection:

  1. Don't judge yourself after you get rejected - When you judge yourself after you get rejected, you start to have doubts about your approaches and it can hurt your mood if you are still going and approaching more girls. The next girl you approach may get along with you and if you judge yourself immediately after you get rejected, you'll have difficulty being in the moment, which is necessary to connect with a girl.

  2. Always give value and expect nothing in return - This is big. When you approach and give value to the girls you're talking to and they're still not interested in hanging out with you later, there's really nothing else you can do so just let it go and move on.

  3. Realize that Rejection is Good - Rejection and embarrassment puts you in the "zone" more so than getting good reactions from girls because it strips you of being validated by girls. It can be painful at the moment you feel hard rejections, but they're necessary to force you in the moment. It's not fun getting rejected, but it's definitely something that makes you stronger every time you go through it. You just realize with time that everything is just fine and you bounce back for another round.

  4. Realize that Rejection will Always Be There - Rejection will always be there whether you like it or not. It's just part of life and in everything that you do in life, you will face some sort of rejection, so just embrace rejection. Whenever you're dealing with another human being (which is always the case when approaching girls), there will always be a chance of rejection. The probability of reject depends on how well you get along with the girl you talk to and there is absolutely no way you will ever get along with every single girl out there. That's just not how life works.
