Also, I think to have high confidence you have to know you'll lose some of time.

To me confidence is about being yourself and doing what you feel is right. This includes saying what is on your mind, without hesitation. It also entails a high degree of honesty, where admitting your mistakes and weaknesses isnt a cause for embarrassment, or something to hide, but a way of self-reflection and total acceptance of who you are.
