Oneitis v. Intimacy & Desperate v. Needy.

Oneitis is when you obsessive, delusional, and unrequited. You think there's no other girls out there, you think this one girl will make your life awesome if only she'd like you, she's probably nothing like how you're imagining her (you've probably never even had a real conversation with her), and she isn't attracted to you at all (if she even knows you exist).

Intimacy is when you connect with a person, warts and all, and they connect with you just the same.

oneitis is when you can't have the girl and intimacy is when you do have the girl

desperate is when you want to get laid so bad you'll do or say anything, usually the wrong thing.

needy is when you're in a relationship and you're constantly badgering/annoying the other person

What would you consider when I have strong feelings for a girl, she has feelings for me as well but not as strong. We've kissed and had sex already (We hung out and got to know each other for about 2 months before we had any physical intimacy). But yet she still isn't ready to be in a relationship. Also, I find it hard to imagine being with any other girl or imagining her being with another guy.
