Do you have an illness that causes you to be overweight?

Hit a gym and proper diet...
Maybe its not the thing you want to hear but its the truth...

I agree here, there's no reason to not exercise.... Zero. Even if you remain overweight exercise is so good for both mental and physical health. You will find over time that your confidence will sky rocket once you get into a routine a few months in... But you HAVE to stick with it

"Getting confident" with your weight problem is such a girl solution. How about lose it?
Thnx for response. Any tips for the mental part these next 3-4 months as I'm losing it?

Why waste time trying to get comfortable with something that's completely within your control to change? You could lose 15 pounds in a month or two. Eat at a slight deficit, maybe hit the gym a bit, and your problem is solved.
Your post has been on my mind. I lost 10 pounds already. Thank you.

Realize that it is something that you are unhappy with, and that it is something you can absolutely change a little at a time. It will take time, but progress can be reached a little at a time. What you'll find is that once you start with some exercise and watching your food intake is that you'll be very happy and confident that you are taking steps to better yourself. Having goals, following through and bettering yourself are all very attractive qualities to have. Plus, at the end of it you look and feel better too, which is also attractive.
