This is a big mythical made up thing. It doesn't "show confidence" or anything. If you prefer calling people, then call her. If you prefer texting, then text her.

It's the precedent you set as you invite this woman into your world. It doesn't matter what she thinks. And calling vs texting is not going to magically make her panties wet. If she likes you, she likes you, if not then she doesn't and the fact if you texted her or called her makes no difference.

It's about you. What do you prefer? Do that

To elaborate further, it's like when a girl like you she'll laugh at damn near everything you say. It's the same with calling, if she likes you she'll like that you called. If she doesn't like you, it doesn't matter what you do

i always had success with talking to a woman on the phone before a date. keep in mind im 36 might be different for young chicks who only text.

i think texting is boring too and it doesnt really help you. talking on the phone gives you a better idea of what her personality is like. i had great convos with chicks who were boring texters. makes you stand out from the 10 other guys shes texting. i think its good practice for your conversation skills too.

Phone call is a little more ballsy and your voicetone may be a great tool for raising attraction. But some people may not like it that much and it can bother with their activities. Overall, you should pick what more suits you.

I think calls are a good move.

Most guys don't call. It's a differentiator.
When you call you create a higher level of connection and sense of duty = less flakes
you can create some additional tension = less flakes and creates a better experience

This is for early game. After you've gone on a few dates the call likely becomes less important.

You might try the call when you're texting rapidly back and forth. Just call - it'll be awkward for her not to pick up. Even if she doesn't, you toss a, "My thumbs are broken so wanted to do a call, ring me when available." Don't lose any power or look needy if done right

You have to understand that this used to be the way that people would communicate. Through phone calls. Before cell phones and text messages you would meet a girl ask for a number then call her after a few days talk on the phone for hours and hang out or go out on a date.
