Don't rate women 1 to 10 anymore, just decide if you are attracted to her or not.

Rating her a '10' just gives makes your job harder because it puts her on a pedestal, creates anxiety, she needs to be treated differently, etc. It is artificial difficulty, no one wants that crap. Treat and think of her the same as you would treat a '7'.

Lesson summarized: A girl is either attractive or not attractive. There is no in between.

Thanks for all the great advice. How do I not spend so much time thinking about these type of girls when I am not with them? I find myself getting in my own head, spending way to much time thinking about how great it would be to hook up with them and eventually developing anxiety

Don't see her as a 9 or 10. See her as a person you'd like to connect with. Also, realize that she might be incredibly good looking and mastered this area of her life but there might be other areas she needs help with. Don't equate her beauty with perfection. She's a person just like you.

ok. sure, don't see women as 9 or 10s, rather 1s and 0s - i agree with what the other commentators are saying, but this doesn't really answer your question.

for the sake of discussion lets assume this woman is what we'd all rate a 1, and 'extremely attractive.' obviously your approach would be different. these women are used to recieving attention, they are used to having value based on their attractiveness. ask them about themselves; their dreams, their fears, their relationship with their mother.

treat these women like you would any other women, as if their looks don't matter to you. these women are used to having men notice them and fall over themselves and get nervous and everything else you might imagine. things exactly like what you describe in your post.

work on yourself, be your own person, and don't put these women on a pedestal - they take huge shits too (as weird as that sounds.) treat them the same as you would any other and you will begin to see progression. show them you're different. pm me if you need help.
