My 'game' has improved drastically since first discovering this site two years ago and reading up on the recommended material. However lately I have been having problems with very basic part of the interaction with women. I never have any issues approaching, starting a basic conversation and even getting numbers. My problem is, in some cases when I have built a good amount of attraction I do not escalate and build the sexual tension well. In other cases, I make plans with these girls after such a positive first interaction, all the attractions seems to die the next time we get together.

1)What are some good articles, videos etc. to study to work on continuing to escalate throughout the interaction? 2)And what kind of advice would you recommend to continue building the attraction on the next date/hangout?

I should add that I, at time, get myself to mentally worked up and nerve myself about a lot of stressful situations in life and in particular when waiting on the next date with a new attractive girl I've met. Any advice is appreciated and I hope this can help out anybody else struggling with the same issues.
