No, don't listen to this shit. Pickup in other countries is "not just pickup".

English sarcasm is difficult for people to read because of the language barrier, teasing its hard because they won't get the subtleties. Only speak English when you're talking to girls, they actually like it, and don't hide the fact that you're foreign, they will eat it up. Think of it like when a foreign girl comes to your country, she automatically becomes more interesting.

Also, sometimes there are these little culture things that are different. Like in Mexico being physical doesn't meet so much resistance, they are used to being much more physical with each other in all settings.

Macho culture is bigger in some countries so girls respond differently to different advances.

However, Belgium, will not be so different.
