I find myself in a very favourable situation. Spinning many plates and more than half of whom I have f-closed. I have been reading a bit from various sources I really like this one from The Rational Male: http://therationalmale.com/2011/08/19/plate-theory-2/

Basically by having options I am less available, more confident, outcome independent, regularly in-state, and simply finding that I don't need to try very hard to get what I want.

This isn't an FR, this is a discussion. I find our community's discourse around 'plate spinning' so different from what other people regularly think. Take this for example: http://themattwalshblog.com/2014/06/19/dear-single-men-time-man-figure/. That article states that women are generally unhappy being strung along for sex.

I would like to believe that this isn't a zero sum game. Essentially I believe that women want sex just as much and by having a quality time when together, having great sex and not setting any expectations or discussing a future together, all parties can be happy.

I believe that the point of view on the Matt Walsh blog is out of touch with the realities of attraction. But I also want to do my part in fostering positive relationships and not simply plead ignorance to the issues involved with MLTRs.

I really struggle with voicing my expectations and it is something I want to work on - telling them I am seeing other people, not wanting to hurt feelings by just dropping them when I am busy with others. I avoid the conversation and they haven't brought it up. Any tips on this appreciated.
