Depending on the vibes / comfort level you either:

If it’s your first time, you have to get them comfortable at a public spot quickly and then move onto a private spot. If not they might get bored of your lack of initiative and move onto other men and make it a girls night out. Have a few drinks to break the ice and then move over to your spot but have a plan.
