I keep talking to both girls, got their numbers, and set up dates with both of them.

A couple things that make me think there's at least a slight possibility of a threesome. Both of their profiles say they're looking for something casual. And I playfully asked both of them if their friend would be jealous if she found out about our date. They both answered "no way" or "definitely not" in a joking way.

I know it's possible that neither of these girls would be open to a threesome, but let's assume they would be. Any suggestions on how I should proceed to try and make it happen?
