The first step here is you need to respect yourself more. Once you start doing that people, girls in particular will start respecting you too. You are also a young guy you have plenty of time to learn and make mistakes so just go for it and try new things. Something will stick for you. Don't forget, as a man your stock goes up the older you get. To a point of course.

Bro women arent going to make it easy for you. They will test you, they have to cause they dont know what sort of guy you are. They need to figure out in a short time what sort of dude you are and if you're lover or friend material quick. If you fail then you're not lover material.

Your first problem is you. You dont believe in yourself and have a self limiting belief. So it messes with your vibe. Women can feel it come off you in your manner, the tone of your voice, etc.

So work on yourself, build up your confidence and get out there

What works for me is that I bring people down. Lol

Everyone is a human doing their best in life. No matter how hot you are you have insecurities and fears. Once you think of everyone struggling and being human it makes it easier to approach.

Be yourself, don't give a fuck about what people thinks and if you fail with a girl there is a lot more to try and someone may like who you really are, I recommend you going to the gym or doing activities that get you build confidence

All the other advice I would have suggested would mean jack shit if you can't fix that first. Because it's about respecting yourself. Not trying to get others to fulfil your void.
