If you need to feel like sexual talk is a gamble, consider balancing it with humor - if she laughs it doesn't matter what you said, she just validated it

Put your intentions out as quickly as possible. It's best to start out sexually. Something like "You are hot. I must meet you" can do this.

If you find yourself talking to a woman and you want to take things sexual, just look for the opportunities to express your intentions... If you look, you will find that they will come, and it will be natural to drop in innuendo, suggestion and whatever.

If they don't come, just take things sexual. "Sorry, I didn't follow what you said. Your sexual hotness is distracting me. What did you say again?".... "sorry, you'll have to repeat that. I was kinda lost in thinking about making out with you..."

In other words, just be honest.
