For long term you can do a mix of both. Mostly stable and sometimes a push-pull to not let it get boring. Just because she's your gf doesn't mean you have to stop seducing her. Keep the game on with a bit of stability.

These game techniques are good and can be helpful for initially building attraction with women and even to continue building attraction during the relationship, but you don't constantly have to be gaming them every second. Push Pull is something you do when she behaves a certain way to demonstrate that you can live without her.

So, focus on becoming masculine in a relationship and just more masculine in general. You pull them in by demonstrating that you are the best guy she can get with and always behaving like that. These game techniques are a tool in your toolkit, not something you always use.

A lot of these pickup guys like mystery learned / created pickup to get women to have sex with them, but because they never did any of the internal work to become a high quality guy, they never were able to get in a meaningful relationship because they never internalized the game that they created. They were essentially frauds and eventually the covers were pulled and they were revealed as such. So, work on becoming the highest quality and masculine guy possible and everything should fall in line.

Stability isn't a bad thing. Just demonstrate that you can live without her and don't tolerate disrespect and punish behaviors when she is acting up.
