You don't ask for that because either she gives u the diggits or not.

Ask for her name before u ask her number because if she doesn't ask you back or volunteers her name at all. Be sure she is not interested or interested as highly as you.

Wish her a nice day and move on but if she asks and youuu? Then you say your name and that you should have a drink or tea some time and you open the contact formular of your phone and stretch your hand.

When you’re flirting you can say something along the lines of “oh I bet your boyfriend likes that” or something. Assume she has a boyfriend in a line and she will either confirm it or say nothing which is confirming it. Or she will say she doesn’t have a boyfriend, which is a gold mine setup for what you can say next.

Don't bring it up it's a kill joy.. if you do find out she's in a relationship then she's a low quality partner. What is to ensure she won't do the same to you when you both get serious. You can ask causally but it's not necessary. Often, the girl does not have a boyfriend but just has some bang buddy or not even that. Just don't make the question a big deal. Just ask her to come with you to salsa and have fun. That was my goto before corona. :/
