Now that I live in a city centre apartment, it's like I've unlocked god mode!

I've bounced instant dates back to my place in under an hour, gotten laid on the first date more times than I can count, and I'm closing quicker than ever. Now that it's incredibly quick, super easy to get to, and in a familiar location, my apartment doesn't feel like such a huge step/investment for the girl to take. The result is that they'll normally come in just to check it out, and stay for more.

Seriously. My previous place was 40 minutes walk, and it made a HUGE difference to the amount of time and investment it took before she'd think about making that journey. She basically knew that she'd be there for the long haul if she made that trip.

I feel like the issue of logistics isn't spoken about much on here, whereas my experience shows me that it can have a HUGE influence on things. You can be the sexiest guy on the planet, but if your place is a pain in the ass to get to, then she could think twice.

I'm not saying that ya'll have to have city centre pads. But if you're able to put some thought in and develop good logistics for your dates/meets, then things get easy real fast.
