Depends on your goals. If you want to just sleep around, it's probably fine. But in the same way that men look at women who post thirst traps all the time in a bad way for an LTR - women do too.

You could make it look like you’re not posing. Like you’re in the middle of doing something (by a swimming pool, or sitting down after a heavy workout), and definitely not staring at the camera (as if you didn’t know your pic is taken).

If you actually have a solid six pack go ahead and flex it.

In fact, create a throwaway Tinder account and throw some there right when you want to go fishing. Through realize you need to immediately take the numbers off Tinder as you will be TOS violated within 30 min to 2 hours. It is worth it though in the busy markets as you will walk away with dozens of contacts (and in my experience with a few "i want to go and have a good time" dates) if you have a reasonable profile.

You'll see comment after comment saying shirtless pics on dating profiles is an immediate no from them. The exception would be doing something active outdoors that requires being shirtless like water skiing or surfing, etc
