People constantly misinterpret negging. It is not intended as criticism or anything of that sort. It is intended as a disqualifier. Nobody who is hitting on a woman would say negative things, this disqualifies you as a potential lover. All the other chumps are sucking up to her, but you are not. This intrigues her, why aren't her charms working on you? They work on everyone else.

Negs were originally intended for use on high end women, who have impenetrable social shields. The average chump tries to push through, tries to impress her, and is rejected. A good PUA would disqualify himself, and demonstrate he is not afraid of her social barriers. She thinks he isn't trying to seduce her, so now he can seduce her.

But due to misuse, negging has a bad reputation. Don't use negs as insults, and generally don't use them on anyone but high status women. Lesser women generally will not respond well to negs.

I disagree with all of these.

One-itis

The community doesn't say not to get attached to one person. For many guys the goal is to get attached to one person and that's perfectly fine. What the community does say is to actually form a relationship with this person before getting attached, instead of becoming obsessed with a fictional idea of a person you've never even approached.

Kino

I don't think I've ever heard someone say that touching a girl makes her want you. If she already does want you it can heat things up a bit, but really what kino does is establish the rules of your interaction. If you're standing 3 feet away, facing head on and making no contact the rule is "If this goes anywhere, your governess will have to chaperone." Making physical contact early sets up a much more familiar frame for the interaction.

Negging

Now this is hard because some people do actually think that the aim is to put the girl down, but I disagree on that. I think the aim of a neg is to simply snap her out of her habits. Of course that's prefaced on the idea that she's fallen into a habit, which means you're going to almost exclusively use it on very attractive girls in very busy clubs getting approached a ton. You neg so that she's hearing something different and can't respond as she normally would, and as a disqualifier so in her mind it doesn't even make sense to reject you.

As for criticism and opposing opinions, I don't think that has anything to do with negging.

Abundance Mentality

I've never heard it as "Fuck all the bitches." I agree with the interpretation that you just need to remember there's always more girls out there, I just disagree with how you think Seddit interprets it.

Manipulation

I think 98% of the guys here would smack you down if you came in asking how to manipulate a girl.
