They're interested. Not all girls are the same. Some smile, some don't, some look away because they're too shy.

I've always wondered the same thing... Whenever i catch them looking the usually look to the floor and then they make eye contact again.. 😒

Unless you have a funky growth on your face that you're not telling us about, they almost certainly like what they see.

When your eyes meet, absolutely do not break eye contact. stare right back at them until they break contact first.

It can be very uncomfortable, but it builds confidence, and it's a great stepping stone to being able to smile at them and say hello.

I am a girl.... and I make eye contact with guys who I think are hot. However, when they look back into my eyes, I look away. Might be an underlying power struggle, or the fact that maintaining eye contact seems masculine, and too forward. I would assume that if a girl looks at you (first) then she's interested, even if she looks away.

But... I also look at guys who look at me, too, as a confidence boost. So just make sure they are in fact 'staring' at you, and not staring at you because you're staring at them, to see if theyre staring at you haha...complicated right. Ps hot girls wont smile we have lotsa options, I seem to believe that a look should be enough. I would never dare smile, desperation much.
