A guy I've been hooked on lately is John Wooden. John Wooden was one of the best, if not the best basketball coach. Won ten championships in 12 years, impressive stuff.

You may be wondering, "what the hell does John Wooden have to do with dating/seduction?". On the surface, nothing. However, Wooden is big on redefining success. He says success should be whether or not you tried to become the best version of yourself. This approach to life removes the attachment to results.

I think Wooden's advice is excellent with women. By focusing on the fundamentals, like approaching, through in a couple touches on the arm, and being bold, you remove the anxiety of focusing on the results.

Recommend giving any of his books a read, they are truly life-changers!
