Hookup material vs relationship material is code for "sexually attractive vs looks friendly."

Women also want to have sex with guys that they think are sexy or can fulfill the role that they're looking for. The less intense/more boring passionate vanilla sex can be saved for later with the friendly looking guys.

Your profile isn’t showing up to me, but based on the photo I see here you look very wholesome. The dog, plus the polo shirt, plus the fence in the background and the slightly goofy smile give off suburban dad vibes. You look like you’re about to drop the kids off to Little League or start grilling meat, and while that’s not exactly a bad vibe, it’s definitely not a hookup vibe. Someone with a hookup vibe communicates most or all of the following (not meant to be taken as exhaustive):

Mystery, a touch of danger
Uninhibitedness, perhaps crossing into the taboo
Pleasure-seeking
Androgyny
Above all, sex

Russell Brand is an excellent example of a guy with a hookup vibe, and he ticks most of the boxes here (a bit low on mystery and danger, but that’s because he’s famous). David Bowie is also a great example, and Jeremy Meeks is a more masculine example who’s heavier on the danger aspect. From the female side of things, imagine the classic noir femme fatale - that’s not a woman you’ll want to marry, but that’s definitely a woman you’ll want to fuck.

You, on the other hand, are communicating that you are:

Safe
Conventional
Responsible
Handsome, but clean-cut and straight-edge

All of these are great qualities to have in a relationship, but nobody’s fantasizing about the safe, conventional PTA dad. When was the last time you heard a girl say she wants to fuck Ned Flanders?

The good news is, there are a few things you can do to change this:

Get in touch with your body. Take dance classes and get used to interacting with a woman’s energy. The mentality you use to dance is the exact same mentality you use to fuck. The more time you spend in that headspace, the easier it will be for you to inhabit it in your daily life.
Get in touch with your ideas. Be comfortable thinking, saying, or even just hinting at controversial things. Thumbing your nose at social conventions is a fantastic way to communicate that she can safely thumb her nose at more… inconvenient conventions (hint hint). This works best if you are an actual libertine, if you really are stodgy and moralistic then you will communicate that instead.
Focus on doing the fun thing, not the correct thing. Fucking is fun, but it is rarely “correct”. If you want to fuck, you must become fuck.
As you do the above, buy clothes that match the you that’s emerging. Try new styles; whatever fits your fancy.
I mentioned the guys up there for a reason - watch interviews with them to see what I mean, and see if there are any lessons you’d find helpful.

At a glance, it looks the profile of someone who cares a little too much about female approval. In the sense that you come off inoffensive, tame, and nothing too crazy. A bit of a "pick-me guy" kinda vibe.

Not saying you need to do the opposite of those things, that would be tryhard. Just I'd say what you're missing is a little bit of swagger. A little bit of that unsaid "I know have something to offer, the only question is, are you what I'm looking for?"

For instance, "two truths and a lie" - that's your opportunity to do some socially acceptable bragging along with some outrageous sexual bragging that may or may not be true.
