I've found that although the principles of seddit often create great results within the world of one night stands and hookups, it's difficult for us Alphas to make the transition into a relationship when you find a girl that's worth it.

Therefore, I am requesting an Alpha's guide to relationships. The purpose would be to show how one can be open and connect on that deep emotional level, while still keeping congruence with your Alpha self. As opening yourself up to others is often perceived as weak, this obviously has some complications.

Personally, I've found that I've built this shell of confidence around me and when I attempt to let someone in, one of two things happens. Either I let her in and momentarily lose all the traits that make me Alpha, or I can't let someone in no matter how hard I try. Whether it's a congruence issue or what, I just can't seem to open myself up.

Lastly, I've found that many of the pick-up philosophies, such as abundance and minimal texting, seem to only hurt a relationship and make it difficult to truly connect on a deep level. Which aspects of PU should be kept, and how do you dump this others when they've become so congruent with your new self.

TL;DR: PU techniques create a barrier of strength and self reliance that make it difficult to open up and be 'vulnerably' in love when you find a girl worthy of monogamy.
