Step 1 be funny, step 2 ask what they doing after work. Keep it casual the first few times, right off the bat gonna seem creepy unless you’re already super chill with them from working together for a while. Go w a few other coworkers if you wanna make her more comfortable. Then ask if she wanna go get a drink/food after work (casually) Boom

You work. Messing with customers not worth it. Don’t approach but practice flirting with em, teasing etc. This an easy way to get good socialising with women and people in general, breaking the mental barriers u likely have. If u work as a cashier this a good way to understand where u stand in the looks hierarchy

Had a couple successes and plenty of failures. My takeaways are: You have to be selective and calculated. Can’t expect to win over any customer when you are the retail guy. You really have to look out for signs and put your best foot forward even if you’re not directly helping them. Pre-selection is almost a must. Example, having good conversations with a female coworker or your coworkers looking to you for guidance and help. If an attractive customer sees you as capable or in leadership positions she will be at least intrigued. Basic stuff like good eye contact, using some charisma, inserting your humor while staying professional can help. More basic stuff like having good hygiene and being well put together is definitely a must if you wanna break through the noise of being just a retail guy.

If you can, isolate her away from the main work area, and test the waters. Gauge where you’re at with her, suggest the idea of seeing her again and close on a contact.

I'd avoid it entirely. You might well lose your job by trying to game girls at work.

I mean, you might approach the wrong women and have the manager speaking to you.

Though, if your fine with potentially getting written up… If this is a niche store, like a sporting goods or hardware store, get into it. Wether it be fishing, camping, carpentry and so on. This way, you know what you’re talking about and have plenty to talk about. This could lead to you offering to show her a trick you might’ve picked up or how to specifically do what she’s shopping for.

Step one by friendly and learn to talk to everyone not just the pretty girls

Step two learn to flirt with the pretty girls and show interest. Flirt to flirt and make them feel giddy without getting any phone numbers or dates

Step three once you’re comfortable talking to people and making pretty girls smile and blush then you can start being suggestive and give them a BUSINESS CARD which is the only socially acceptable way to do this at work. Make it look good and put sales specialist or something on it. At that point if they’re going interested they will txt you
