Is there any value in their youtube videos? If yes whats the order to watch them in, they seem very disorganized... its like they teach u how to do 2+2 without knowing the numbers.

Programms on the other hand seem very sorted, but i hjaven't watched them, however i got foundations, transformations, blueprint, pimp and making a shift.

Where do i start?

P.S. Cleary experience is king and they're all useless if i don't put them into action, but i'm still interested into the theory/prepration part.
