Try to change date venue.. movies are hard to work with as no chance for conversation. I would prefer a walk in the park and ice cream over a movie.. then you can talk, make eye contact, initiate small touches etc... All of which lead to the kiss. When going for the kiss, when the moment is right, make confident eye contact, then after eyes lock, look at her lips and back to her eyes. If she looked at your lips, then it's a green light brother.

You already failed just by being afraid of "failing".
Just kiss her, grab the ass, say "I want to fuck you" etc. Probably 99% it won't work but you have 1% that it may. If you don't kiss her then 100% you will fail.
