I’ll give you better advice than that other guy. Simply looking in the mirror and feeling confident won’t directly lead to success.

You’re going to have to learn to take risks, especially with women. By that, I mean you’re just going to have to approach girls and find what works. There is no shortcut to hard work, because hard work leads to real results. I get that hard work is unappealing, but dude you’re shit out of luck if you thought there was an easy way.

All that said, just walk up to people at bars, clubs, at your work, wherever, and just fucking talk to them. Talk about the venue, the day, the weather, it doesn’t fucking matter. Just talk to people, and try and be genuinely interested in what they have to say. Wanna be flirty? Well you’re gonna have to learn to be socially tact, a skill which you only develop through PRACTICE. Get out there, and get off reddit. You know what you gotta do, stop pussy footing around and just go out and talk.

Start small if you have to, talking to co workers is probably your best bet.

The simple but hard answer here.

1)The answer is simple. Approach, even if you are feeling incredible pain, sweating, etc. You are not going to get any more confident or better if you don't approach.

2)Change your perspective and intention. Perspective "She is just a human", Intention "I want to connect and get to know this person". This will make it easier.

Go talk to people, evebtually after weeks/months of practicing and failing you will start succeeding. There are millions of people to talk to, assuming you are in a large city. Plenty to get through.
