Learn the language, and use the language as a springboard - ask the girls to sit down and give you some lessons, i've used that many times!

Other than that, use it as a chance to slooooow down your speaking and to use simple language - always a good thing in seduction to be straightforward.

Learn to dance!

Honestly, this is what I do whenever I have language problems with a woman. You open, have a high-school english class level conversation for a minute, and then dance. It's by far the best way to keep attraction and excitement up over time when talking is difficult.

Body language can do all the talking for you. I've hooked up with girls with a big language barrier just because I was having fun and sexual. As far as how to approach girls, I live in an Asian culture, so it's a bit harder -- day game cold approaches are basically a no-no -- but you can always try language groups. People everywhere are learning English, or willing to teach you the local language. Going to a language as a guy is a little transparent, but at least you know the girls there will speak English. If nothing else, the friends you make there can introduce you to people more naturally.

"hi, do you speak english". And then you take the conversation anywhere. If she doesn't speak english, even better (if you are in a loud party environment).

I swear, it is astonishingly easy.
