Haha sorry I couldn't resist...having younger sisters and brothers, all around 18-16, I know this demographic particularly well. Just be cool dude. Be as smooth as a fucking kite and as trendy as Justin Bieber.

Seriously it's not that hard with younger girls. They're still quite naive so as long as you're cool you can get away with a lot more fuck ups.

For normal traditional girls (sadly a minority where I'm from) go slow. It might take forever.

For cool/outgoing/im-beautiful-and-I-totally-know-it type of girls. Just be cool, show as little interest as possible. Go out of your way to let them know you would never even go near them and they'll usually do all the work.

Still...don't be a dick. And Please be nice, be patient.

That was my objective self. My subjective big sister self says: Stay the fuck away from anyone's little sister until they're at least 18. Don't you fucking touch them. Oh I'll cut you if you do.

For the girls at college and over 18 is still pretty much the same. Me being myself only 21 and suddenly a freshman again I can say that especially freshmen have a new found freedom and a fake sense of independence. Most of them are more than willing as long as you have something they find attractive. I'd stay away from girls that you'd have to see daily ( same class/ department/ tutor) and rather go for girls at parties, festivals, bar crawls or whatever. I dunno where you're from and whatever it is your uni does. But yeah, that'd minimize any awkwardnesses. At university is crucial to socialize like your life depends on it. Build a good rep around the girls' halls/sororities. It'll be easier to get to know more girls that way. Just remember the opposite counts as well. If you piss someone off it'll probably get around.

Relevant: this is not what I myself think works on me or most girls but what I've actually SEEN work and happen. Happens all the time. Everyday. All around me. That's why I can't give anything more specific. I'm just reporting back what I've observed for the past 3 years.

A couple of observations: 1) In general, the less experienced/secure someone is, the more they tend to blindly follow anybody who seems to know what he/she is doing. I.e. be a "leader of men" in whatever way shape or form you can manage in your context and be assertive, especially when you are out of your depth. ;) 2) In general, the less experienced/secure someone is, the worse they tend to respond to feeling threatened. That means you need to be very careful not to overdo it, not to come on to strong. Many an insecure girl will shoot you down just because she doesn't even know how to handle male attention. 3) In general, the less experienced/secure someone is, the more their perception of romance and relationships will be shaped by the media. You can use this to your advantage (i.e. breaking with impunity what they believe to be social codes) but you must also realise that there are many things that they will simply refuse to accept or respond to. 4) In the long run, it is much much MUCH MUCH more important to get used to just socialising with females in a natural way, than it is getting laid. People tend to build insecurities and very strange notions about the opposite sex mostly due to bad experiences in this formative time. Girls are just people, talk to them, use what you learn here to be better at talking to them and (after gradually improving over several years) you will have access to as many vaginas as you could ever want. And you will never ever need a canned PU routine.
