For me, the most notable part is how much it resonates with just being a better person. I bought hugely into inner game, about confidence, and so forth, and genuinely believe it's made me a more... real person.

I'm still the nerdy kid I was before, but a lot of my edges have been smoothed out. I still get into awkward situations, I still have many of the same hobbies. But I'm more confident and sure about them.

This community came at a very formative time in my life - where I was discovering myself. I'm not going to pretend that I'm done, but it's been a huge factor in who I am now. And I think that I'm a better person, and more confident in what I want.

I find that the most important lessons I've learned have actually not been about picking up girls, but about life in general. About trying hard, and trying again when you fail. About outcome independence (SO applicable in school apps, job apps, interviews, etc.). About being able to handle unexpected situations (shit tests to random interview questions). About being able to listen and discover other people, and really able to connect and understand them.

Best thing I've ever applied to my life.

Started studying pickup and social mastery after getting humiliated by my work crush 5 years ago. I was just sick of being clueless when it came to women. Little did I know that I would learn more than just how to text properly.

Learning these skills has resonated to other areas in my life: the gym, work/business/finance, friendships, mental health and overall fulfilment in life.

My biggest advice is that while reading 'inner game' material is perfect and essential, you'll learn so much more from your own failures and reflections on how far you've come, as well as how you compare to the average guy. I mean who is crazy enough to do what we do! Plus it's so cool creating your own 'field reports' in your mind that you can reflect and laugh about 😂

Right now I'm focusing on consistency and closing. I've always been able to open and carry an interaction well, but I seem to leave the close too late. Missed out on skinny dipping with 2 amazing girls on Saturday night, and lost a girl that was practically attached to me on Sunday night.

I don't actually practice game, I have never cold approached. I am just starting the journey, I had never had physical contact with a woman for 26 years, then I travelled last year and let go of my anxiety and had sex, makeouts and a relationship. I was never happier in my life, and I want that to happen again. I actually want to learn seduction because I fell in love last year and I think I could have been with this girl if I had known what to do better. She was not indifferent to me at all. I just don't wanna fall in love again and let it go because of inexperience and fear of failure, it hurt too much.

it all started when i turned 19. i had a devastating breakup with my girlfriend at the time. i was in a bad place as well and i didnt have good self esteem and im pretty sure prior relationships were existant because of my looks. i had very poor social skills. so i wanted to improve my life and get lots of tail. so i hit the gym hard and started reading on seduction and psychology and went out a lot.

Im 22 now and way more confident. Ive gotten a little bit bored with it sometimes and im mostly gearing my mind towards work.

Anyways just improve every day and believe in yourself!
