Nowadays, after building my confidence and getting out of my comfort zone I can pick up on so much more of human interactions. I can sense so much easier if people are sad, angry, socially awkward, just being polite, etc. I heard a chick at the supermarket ‘laughing’ at a guys joke and I could immediately tell it was a fake laugh. I was talking with a girl at work while looking in her eyes and I got this flash across her face at one point like ‘I’m turned on right now’. Another girl at work freaking whipped her head around when I walked by.

I think getting better at social interactions can be really awkward to a lot of people because it destroys this illusion that everyone is perfectly happy, satisfied, etc. I can tell a lot of people are bored/depressed/angry or in shitty relationships.

Not to mention that now I can tell when other guys are over-compensating with an alpha demeanour, which I now see as a defence mechanism that cuts you off from the world. Or the ‘clown’ guy who is really social but probably too scared to honestly talk with a woman.

Practicing stepping out of my own comfort zone has shown me how many people are stuck in their little cages, like they are a car on a track, lacking the freedom to explore and do what they want. Almost everyone has a ‘bitch shield’ up, because almost everyone else feels isolated and unable to interact with others. It’s like a big global version of being at a school dance and everyone is too scared to dance with the opposite sex. Having that power is fucking crazy to other people and they can sense that, which results in a wide variety of reactions: respect, attraction, envy, hatred, etc.

Regardless I don’t think there’s any way of turning back from this now that I know I’ll never REALLY struggle with women again like I used to. It’s kind of a load off my mind.
