What they’re saying is that you need to pretend that you are already a successful player and act accordingly, even if you are actually an inexperienced virgin and this couldn’t be further from the truth. For example, if a girl disrespects your time by refusing to commit to a date or making excuses, you need to go completely cold because you’re pretending you have other options and that she will have to work harder than that to beat the (imaginary) other prospects vying for your attention, not eagerly message her within minutes of each lame excuse acting like you believe her bullshit, sending lovey-dovey trite, and giving her infinite slack to keep delaying a meetup, which you may be tempted to do if you’re thrilled to have finally gotten your first number from a girl. Girls who make excuses are usually a lost cause in all honesty, but doing the latter will make the chances of her panning out even worse because it reeks of desperation, whereas doing the former maximises the chances of her not losing interest if she changes her mind.

Another area the “abundance mentality” applies is during initial target pipelining. If an attractive stud approaches a girl in a bar or club, and she responds rudely, it’s likely because she is having a bad day or is already (genuinely) taken; the player walks away unfazed with his confidence unharmed ready to repeat the process with the next target because he knows that it’s the girl’s problem, not his, and the outcome of the interaction isn’t a reflection of his personal shortcomings. You need to pretend you are this man and act the same way, even if the truth is that when the same thing happens to an ugly man, it IS due to him, not the girl, and he can expect it to happen hundreds of times more. I still struggle to insult my own intelligence in this manner (let’s not pretend it’s anything different) and keep my head high when I am treated like a subhuman by girls, but it is a skill you will need to learn if you want to get laid without dating apps.

They are talking about outcome independence. You can't have any kind of picture in your head that makes you idolize the girl or think about an outcome such as her being your girl or fling...your emotions will be unchecked from the start and the girl will feel that pressure u are putting on yourself to achieve that outcome.

The overwhelming majority of guys need to focus on 'demonstrating value'; you can factor in what you want when she cares.
