Nothing.

If whatever she messaged you on had read receipts, even better.

An easy way to know what it's like for a woman to be in the role of the pursuer is to think about what you were like in high school.

Or basically, think back to when you had just started dating.

All the mistakes guys make in the early days of dating like double texting, doing grand gestures, etc, women still have the tendency to do now.

The reason most guys with some experience know better than to do those things is because they made those mistakes....and then made them again and again and again and again...

Until they got hammered hard enough that they could no longer make the excuse of, "maybe she's different."

But because women are rarely the pursuers, this doesn't get hammered out of them as much.

So either you respond with nothing or you give her the lowest effort response possible like "👍".

If she really wants to reconnect with you, she will reach out again and make all those high school boy moves on you.

You only respond when she makes a real effort, like asking if it's ok to get on the phone with you.

But if you're on the phone with her and she just talks all fluff and nothing about meeting up or getting together again, just politely let her know you got other stuff going on and swiftly end the call.

Just repeat the process of ignoring non-committal contact from her and dismissing any attempts to just make small talk until she either gives up or actually asks to meet up.

And the meet up is the same, be nice and cordial with her but if she once again just tries to shoot the shit then you tell her don't have much time because there's somewhere you have to be/something you have to do and get out of there.

That's basically it. You need to be this passive so that if you do get involved again, her commitment to you will be much more solid, because she was the one who had to work to get back together every step of the way.

Oh and get involved with other women, something you should have done 5 weeks ago, because 1, it's just good for your mental health to not be fixated on this one chick and 2, so that you will genuinely deliberate whether you actually want to give her another chance, instead of doing so just because she's your only viable option.

Sounds like some baggage or maybe another guy. Truth is you're not going to find an answer to your situation.

What you need to do is do some self-retrospect. You should communicate those values to her, to yourself. Then make decision to believe her or not.

A girl broke contact with me. I thought she found another guy. Turns out she was having one of the worst times in her life with work, medical news she received from her doctor, and her landlord problems. Obviously I fell to the lowest priority at that moment.

I went through something very similar. We had a discussion after a month and a half (she went from pursuing me at the start, all lovey dovey to relegating me as her lowest priority) and when we were supposed to meet up to talk things through she cancelled an hour before.

After a month of no contact she contacted me saying she was sorry and we started dating again for two weeks, then she started doing the same shit, I confronted her and we went no contact again after 3 weeks.

The problem in this situation is that even if you forgive her, you will wonder if she only contacted you as the backup guy, and if she is an avoidant like I think the girl I dated was, the same will happen again.

Honestly do you really see a future with a person like that?

She probably has emotional and commitment issues from her parents and past relationships. These girls tend to have abusive parents, siblings, ex-bf's, or are rape victims. I find these girls to be a lost cause. I typically will only continue talking to them if they are attractive enough, and you can sometimes still lay some pipe if they open up enough to you. Other times they just want a therapist.

Just be aware she probably has many other major issues (A lot of these types of girls have suicide attempts or self-harm). I would never consider these girls as gf or wife material, and just be ok that she may suddenly ghost you again for no reason as a self-defense mechanism.
