Honestly I'd just keep her as a fwb and never take her out on a date or spend money on a chick that says things like that. It's one thing to see other guys while dating but it's a major red flag to have to talk about it. Keep her at arms length and let her hit you up when she misses you
If you want to pursue it further you'll have to set this boundary whenever she brings up being exclusive with you if that's what you want. Other than that just keep rotating her

Not really, he’s right. Purposefully trying to invoke jealousy like OP is describing is a huge character flaw that shouldn’t just be overlooked. Since when is vetting potential partners for favorable character traits considered acting in a bitter manner?
