It depends on how comfortable you are being over the top confident with the girl. 3 dates and you should've kissed her by now. I'd say something like "it doesn't matter what you wear, either way you'll be getting out of them anyway" if you think she'd get down with that kind of flirting. Or more sexual/romantic: "it doesnt matter what kind of pants you wear, i want whats under them ;)". Or whatever. Don't say "I dont mind", that sounds lame
