Dude you showed wayy too much interest in her, made it clear that you have absolutely nobody else and nothing else to do. She knows she can basically make any excuse and you will forgive her. Why are you letting one girl walk over you? Do you really not feel even slightly disturbed by the fact that she did not bother calling you back after she felt better?

Move on. There are women out there who would actually be really happy to have dinner with you. Find them.

It's hard to get a feeling for the situation without being there. Maybe don't even call. Let it stew for a few days and see if she calls you? How interested in this girl are you?

There's a lot of context missing here. I've been in scenarios lile this before. Sometimes the girl doesn't like you, sometimes she does but is too nervous. You need to be more direct and aggressive.

Honestly if I were you I would ditch calling as a main method of communication. I definitely believe calling early on in the interaction can be good because it is unique now a days and sets you a part, but I think calling someone repeatedly who isn't calling you back in equal volume is a death sentence. Tread lightly
