I have met this girl 6 months ago through dating apps, we spent two weeks talking and we had two dates (second requested by her the day after the first one). At the end of the second date I kissed her but she was cold. After her reaction I tried to leave some space and tried again to date her, she told me to go for it but at the end she was not reciprocating my attempts.

I was frustrated so I decided to move on. We have been barely in contact through social apps (likes, comments, etc.) but nothing else. 4 months go by and she contacted me to meet her several weeks ago. We met, she apologized for dissappearing, the date was fun and we kissed at the end. We have met again last week and this time things seemed nice this time except that I have to take initiative most of the time for things related to kissing her or scheduling a date. She told me she's shy and that she knows she has to improve her communication skills and adivse me to not have expectations with her. At the same time I was clear with her about not repeating the same behaviour she had and to communicate with me in a clear way no matter the message. The communication hasn't improved as much as I want and I don't like the fact that I have take the initiative all the time despite she's receptive.

To be honest, I like the girl because we a lot in common but I don't feel she's interested enough because of me taking the initiative all the time. I sometimes feel she's like this. It doesn't feel nice when both agree to meet but then it has to be me to schedule it. The fact she's came back means she's interested but I thought she would show it more. Am I wrong here? Am I overthinking? Should I be more patient with her?

Thanks!
