I wouldn't be so quick to move on. She may have been busy and forgot. Not likely, but possible. I'd give her the benefit of the doubt and ask her out one more time (after waiting a week or so from your last text).

Don't ask if everything is alright though, that just reflects uncertainty and insecurity. Just act like the ignored question never happened.

But if she ignores two of your texts in a row, definitely move on.
