You didn't escalate properly.

You don't go for a kiss just straight away and try to have sex. You have to turn her machine on.

The bus think was a shit test.

So, you had to just ignore it. Just slowly escalate to the point where she would forget about the bus. And then she would not have any other option as to stay with you.

In other words you didn't pass the test.

I would be surprised if she would accept second date, but you can try.

Let me get this straight. A girl turned up to a date and even agreed to go back to your place. But you're going to take that as a rejection because she didn't put out on the first date?

Maybe she wasn't comfortable or prepared. Maybe she was self-conscious. Who knows. Either way it was not a rejection. You should absolutely go for a second date.

A lot of this post reads as low self-image. She said she likes you. Have some self belief.

Sounds like you were coercing her into something she wasn’t totally comfortable with. If you’re unsure of where you stand now, get in touch with her and ask if she would like to see you again. I can promise you the bus thing was not a test, women are not as fickle as you may think. It sounded like she was putting out clear signals to say, I’m interested in you but let’s wait for a next time. It’s up to you to interpret that with maturity and sincerity.
