So I'm single for the first time in over 5 years. Broke up with my long time girlfriend about 6 months ago. Took some time to kind of just focus on myself. It's definitely a transitioning period in my life. I’ve left my career to complete my degree to work in a field that I know that I will love and I’m a little under a year out from graduating. I’ve recently turned 30, but I don’t feel “old.” I actually think that my 30s will be the best years of my life. I feel very excited about the possibilities that this time in my life holds. What I’m looking for I guess is a starting point to get back into the game. I’ve read Models by Mark Manson and recently re-read The Game by Neil Strauss. I think I’m definitely going to re-read Models because I remember it had some really great stuff in it, but I’m looking for new material to really help me overcome my approach anxiety. I know there is a lot more technology out there now, and with the rise of Youtube there has to be great stuff to learn on there as well. What are some materials to jump start my new life in my 30s? Thanks guys, look forward to hearing back from you guys.
