Find a local pickup group in your city. There will be Facebook groups or find local coaches and go to their free events, you meet people at those . It's so good to head out with more experienced wingmen and see how it goes for them and how even though they'll sometimes do silly or embarrassing stuff, it's never that bad and all forgotten 5 minutes later. I went out with one recently, he approached this 10/10 Japanese girl then introduced her to me. She was actually so nice (and even a bit shy), but I would have thought she would be a bitch or whatever just because of every excuse that normally runs through my head. Just seeing that and talking to her destroyed 75% of my anxiety in 2 minutes.
