A really basic thing to do if you want to get better in seduction is that you have to do it. Talk to new women and take risks with the ones you know. You got to see what Works for you and get that experience. You can read all the articles and books you want, ask questions on Reddit or watch videos online. However that won’t get you much further. Of course attaining more knowledge has it’s place, it isn’t the end all be all though. Especially when you’re new, theory will generally do you more harm than good. A lot of times this ends you up with a mindset of: “How can I make the perfect seduction/approach?” Which is quite toxic and usually leads people more down a path of passivity rather than taking an active role in your seduction education (seducation?). Seduction and approaches aren’t like the movies you see or books you read. Or aren’t even how people tell you about them, everybody polishes their story before you hear it. Seduction can be quite clumsy and that’s okay. It’s about doing it rather than trying to think of a perfect way.

Now the thing is, how do you start doing? That’s different for everybody. Usually when you don’t approach you’re in a comfort zone, life is good and cozy and you’re coasting a bit. Not challenging yourself too much. Then you suddenly see a girl who makes your jaw hit the floor and you want to approach her but you don’t dare or when you do you stutter and she just dismisses you. This is your stress zone. There is a sweet spot between your comfort zone and your stress zone called your stretch zone. It’s about finding your comfort zone and making a minor step out of it. For me my first step in seducation was asking women the time or simply saying hi. This made my comfort zone grow since now I got comfortable talking to (good looking) strangers. From there on I tried striking up conversations. Once I got comfortable with that as well my comfort zone grew again. Gradually I got more and more comfortable with talking with women and with stepping outside of my comfort zone which led me from being a social shut-in to having plenty of dates to choose from. It’s not a magic pill, it takes time and it will suck sometimes. But it will also make you grow and give you wonderful experiences. It’s a process that takes time, speaking from experience it was very, very much worth it.

TL;DR: If you want to get better at seduction, find your stretch zone to expand your comfort zone.
