This post is more about frustration and getting back on the horse than anything, but understand that sometimes, there will be circumstances outside of your control. No matter the connection felt, there are times it simply doesnt matter. The past few girls I've had day 2's with would prove that experience.

Despite taking one of them home the first night, despite the connection, despite making out with both at the bar on their respective nights, despite one of them staying the night of the day 2. Logically, my side was run well, to the point that the last one asked how I could possibly be single.

But even with this being the case, sometimes it isnt a matter of what you did right or wrong, but is something unrelated to you entirely. Maybe it's an ex that they want to get back together with, maybe they're interviewing for jobs in a different state. You never know what the full story is.

I guess the point of this rant is to say that it is frustrating when this kind of stuff happens, but, you have to immediately dig yourself out of the funk and get back in the game. Dont beat yourself up for what you can't control.

tl/dr Sometimes, it's not you, it's her. Dont beat yourself up over what you cannot control. Just get up, dust yourself off, and move on
