I always read on here to spin plates, or rather to game lots of girls at once (for that abundance mentality). But I also read you guys saying to not text a lot. So how is one supposed to game lots of girls at once?

In college, I'm work at the gym and so do lots of other students. This cute girl is working a station close to me, so I talk to her. I start off asking her "What's a good name for a dog?" and she immediately went "awwwww" and went on for a while. (I'm not actually getting a dog). But we transitioned to various other topics. I threaded well for a bit, but the one time I ran dry, she made an effort to keep the conversation going.

Regretfully, I kept kino to a minimum doing this. Also, her body language was not the best, I think. We were sitting close to each other, but a lot of the time she was turned, looking at her computer, but she was definitely putting most attention into the conversation. I think she might've just been avoiding the constant eye contact I was giving.

The whole conversation was about 20 minutes. In the end, I left and asked for her number and she gave it to me. But I'm worried I didn't create enough attraction. Help please?
